Items are shipped FedEx ground to the 48 continental United States and Washington, D.C. No PO Boxes – If you have a PO box, please have your order delivered to your workplace or a friend's house.
- Items are shipped to Hawaii and Alaska by insured U.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
- We also ship to APO and FPO military addresses.
 - Rates will be quoted on an individual order basis for the following types of shipping.
